- We’ll send you a reminder email for balance payments, but if you’ll be away with limited email access, please pay early so you don’t miss a deadline.
- Step 1 – Deposit: $300 per person (non-refundable, but transferable as credit for future tours).
- Step 2 – First Installment: 50% of the balance – due by 10 October 2025
- Step 3 – Final Installment: 50% of the balance – due by 10 December 2025
- 50% Penalty if canceled between 11 October 2025 and 10 December 2025.
- 100% Penalty if canceled between 11 December 2025 and the departure date.
- Penalties are calculated based on the total package price per person, regardless of the amount already paid at the time of cancellation, or the method of payment (Visa, Debit, or E-transfer).
