Tour Language and Pricing Information
• All our guided tours are conducted exclusively in English by a professional English-speaking tour guide.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Reservation & Payment
You may book a tour online, over the phone, in our office, or through a travel agent. Modes of payments are: Credit card / Debit Card / E-transfer.
Cancellations & Refunds
The cancellation policy of each tour is different. So, please read the policy published on the tour page.
Singles Travel
If you need a roommate, please ask. Not guaranteed. If we introduce you to a prospective roommate to share a room (based on your request), please note that: if things don't work out with your roommate and you face any issues during your stay and wish to change your room, you will have to pay the associated cost.
HOW THE WAITING LIST WORKS
When a tour sells out, you can put your name on the waiting list. You will be contacted (by email) as soon as any spot becomes available. Only 1 email will be sent to "everyone on the waiting list". You need to act immediately to reserve that spot.

You acknowledge that insurance coverage is not included in the cost of any Tour offered by the Toronto Fun Tours and you are required to obtain separate coverage at an additional cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient coverage and comply with the terms of the applicable insurance plans. You are responsible for advising your insurer about the type of travel, destination(s), and activities included in your booking so that the insurer may provide appropriate coverage. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, it will be understood that you have read this travel insurance notice and have voluntarily declined to obtain coverage

MEDICAL Insurance
To travel outside of Ontario, you must have Medical Insurance.
CANCELLATION Insurance
It is strongly recommended that you extend your coverage to include cancellation and interruption to protect your investment.
Why should I get cancellation insurance? Adding cancellation insurance to your medical insurance is optional, but always recommended. By having "all-inclusive" coverage, you can protect your investment and avoid worrying about unexpected emergencies that may arise before or during your travels.

************* LEVEL OF FITNESS *************
International Tours: each tour is different. So, please read the Fitness Requirements published on the tour page.
Local Bus Tours: Moderate. Either fairly easy medium-duration walks or harder, shorter walks. No experience is necessary, but good health and reasonable fitness are important.
General Fitness Requirements: It is important both for you and for your fellow travellers that you are fit enough to be able to enjoy all the activities on our tours. You should be able to:
• keep up with the group at all times
• walk for 4-5 kilometres at a moderate pace with only short breaks
• stand for a reasonable length of time in galleries and museums
• tolerate uncomfortable climatic conditions such as cold, humidity and heat
• walk up and down slopes
• negotiate steps and slopes on archaeological sites, which are often uneven and unstable
• get on and off a large coach with steep stairs, train or boat unassisted, possibly with luggage
• move your luggage a short distance if required

Travel Documents - Entry Requirements: Meeting the entry and exit requirements of any destination is the passenger's responsibility, including obtaining any required visas/having proper documentation. Please note that entry to another country may be refused even if the required information & travel documents are complete. Toronto Fun Tours specializes exclusively in land arrangements and does not book flights for individual travelers, nor do we operate or manage any airline services. We assume no liability for flight schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by the airline. In the event of a cancellation or disruption, the airline is solely responsible for providing alternative travel arrangements or issuing applicable refunds. For the convenience of our clients, we usually share our Canadian Tour Director’s flight details for those who wish to travel on the same flight. However, please note that we are not responsible for any changes or disruptions related to these flights.

Living Standards and Services in the Destination Country
Living standards, conditions, and practices at the destination may differ from those found in Canada, particularly in terms of provision of utilities, services, and accommodations. This may include smaller room sizes, seasonal air conditioning, a limited number of elevators in 3/4 star hotels, and lighter breakfast offerings.

Promotional Photography Consent: FunTours.ca reserves the right to use photography for promotional purposes.
Price Increases Under TICO regulations: Price increases are permitted; However, NO price increases are permitted after the customer has paid in full. If the price increase is more than 7% (except increases resulting from an increase in GST/PST/HST), the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund.
Travel Etiquette
• Toronto Fun Tours has a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespectful and/or belligerent conduct toward tour guides, drivers or other passengers. If such an event occurs, the passenger(s) will be removed from the rest of the tour. Subsequently, there will be no refund issued and the passenger(s) must arrange their own return transportation.
• Illegal drugs will not be tolerated on any trips. Possessing or using drugs not only contravenes the laws of the land but also puts the rest of the group at risk. Smoking marijuana and opium are not acceptable for our travellers. Our philosophy of travel is one of respect towards everyone we encounter. Our group leader has the right to expel any member of the group if he/she uses drugs/or alcohol on the bus.
Liability and Waiver of Claims: Toronto Fun Tours acts solely as an agent in arranging transportation, accommodations, optional side tours, attractions, and meals, and shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from any act, omission, or default of any third party company or service provider engaged in delivering the components of the tour package. By participating in this tour, I hereby waive any and all claims I may have against FunTours.ca and release FunTours.ca from any and all liability for injury, death, property damage, or any other loss sustained by myself or any accompanying persons, arising from or in connection with our participation in this tour—regardless of the cause—including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care. I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the above waiver and liability terms.
